Support Engineer

Data Capture Systems is looking for a 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 to join our team, providing both pre-sales and post-sales support for IT-related products. If you have a passion for technology, love solving problems, and enjoy working closely with customers, we want to hear from you!

𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 & 𝗢𝘄𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗿: Preferred

🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 / 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲: Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, etc.
• 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺-𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
• 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿-𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts.
• 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲: Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.
• 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: Ability to manage multiple support requests at once while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿: Willingness to collaborate with other departments (development, sales, QA) to resolve customer issues.

🎓 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ relevant experience in technical support or IT solutions.
