Job Position – IT Officer

We are looking for an IT Officer. The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes.
1. The candidate should have excellent organizational & communication skills
2. Exceptional problem-resolution abilities & Strong guest interaction skills
3. He should be a team player, enthusiastic & self-motivated
4. Understanding of Networking Equipment
5. Understanding of TCP/IP networks
Strong technical background, with specific requirements as follows:
Detailed knowledge of operating systems including Windows 10, Knowledge in management & operations of PMS (Micros-Fidelio), Opera, Oasys, PABX/Voicemail/Call Accounting, RIS, Sales & Catering
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree /Diploma in Information Technology
MCSA/CCNA holder preferred
Microsoft Certified Software Engineer
Minimum two years of experience in an IT role with a 3 / 4 Star Hotel.
