We are looking to hire a FX/CFDs Market Dealer to join our expanding team. The successful candidates will reports to the Head of Dealing and oversee the treasury function, including but not limited to conducting daily analysis of client transactions, managing coverage accounts with our counterparties, doing managerial reporting of the treasury functions in FX, Futures, and CFD markets, ensuring regulatory reporting are prepared promptly. You will also liaise with several departments to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.

Capital Market Dealer’s Responsibilities:

• Liaising with internal teams on market movements
• Responsible for trade verification, settlement, and life cycle event processing related to transactions.
• Maintaining the stability of the trading system, analyzing data and monitoring product pricing.
• Predicting how markets will move on buying and selling accordingly.
• Informing all relevant parties of the most relevant trade information, including product movements and market events for the day.
• Gathering information – critically about mispriced assets, detailed data analysis, and valuation.
• Gathering information and analyzing the market
• Project involvement with internal departments to plan out and facilitate the execution of the business goals to drive the business further.
• Partner with the Product team to help identify internal and external facing technology improvement opportunities.
• Strong time management skills are required to meet internal and external deadlines/cut-offs.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Finance
• 1 to 5 years of experience in financial markets (FX / Bullion / CFDs/ single stock CFDs) and technical analysis).
• Experience in online trading (e.g., MT4 / MT5 / LPs and bridge settings).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Maturity, professionalism, and a high level of discretion are required.
• Rotational shift.
