**Hiring IT Solution Delivery Manager – Oracle Fusion platform (Oracle ERP Cloud)**
· A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Oracle ERP Cloud and the related platforms.
· Experience in managing Fusion services and coordination with various parties for activities related to patching/critical updates/downtime.
· Experience in maintaining users and provision roles and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business.
· Experience in managing user security and roles within Oracle ERP Cloud Security
· Extensive experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion SaaS/PaaS project implementation
· Extensive knowledge on underlying database structure for ERP/Oracle Cloud (Fusion)
· Extensive experience on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
· Excellent Communication skills (written and oral) with good attention to detail
· Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects
· An ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
· Strong team leadership skills and experience, ability to work well within a team
· Flexible attitude, ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
· Certification in Oracle Fusion in the related area
·ITIL certification is preferred
