Candidate must have 6 to 10 years of experience in ORACLE HCM Cloud implementations.
Should have completed 2 to 3 full cycle ORACLE CLOUD HCM implementations
Must have relevant working experience in HCM modules
Should have very strong experience in Security profile.
Must have custom role configuration experience and can write customer criteria security profiles as per the business requirement.
Should have understanding of Privilege, Duty Role, Data Policies and Job Role, Abstract Role, Data Role and all the Security profile of HCM Modules.
