Key Knowledge & Skills required:
· Basic HR functions;
· Must have thorough knowledge of labour laws and company policies
· Must be proficient in computer knowledge
· Must have some experience in handling payroll software
· Communication skills (written & oral)
· Analytical skills
· Interpersonal skills
· Must have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
· Must be very respectful, honest and trustworthy
· Should be proficient in Computer skills (Word & Excel)
Experience required:
· Minimum 2-3 years of secretarial, administrative and HR experience.
