• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive construction management experience, preferably in real estate or commercial construction.
• Proficient in Primavera, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and BIM applications.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects within specified timelines and budgets.
• Expertise in all phases of construction, from planning to closeout.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and safety standards.
• Experience in contract administration and team coordination.
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications.
• Professional certifications such as CCM, PMP, or LEED AP desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
