Candidates must be currently in UAE, can be able to attend the personal interview in Ras Al Khaimah. Immediate joiners will be preferred. Candidates must have a minimum 5 years UAE experience.

Leasing Officer
Experience – 5+ years of experience in leasing / renting out properties commercial / private on freelance basis or in a good real estate company.
Other pre-requisites – Computer savvy, UAE driving licence, knowledge of property market in and around Ras Al Khaimah in real estate /property renting.
Role –
– Use various mediums to advertise the vacant properties, find tenants and achieve tenancy sales target.
– Provide excellent customer services to the clients / tenants with respect to documentation and property related maintenance.
– Conduct market survey on property rentals and rental trends.
– Submit periodic report to management.
Salary and Benefits – Salary commensurate to experience and potential are on offer. Range 4000-6000 Aed p.m. plus company visa, air passage, medical insurance, company mobile sim ( if eligible) , one month leave , gratuity etc.
