Qualifications & Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager.
– University/bachelor’s degree graduate in a relevant discipline.
– Minimum two years of work-related experience.
– Proficiency in English and Arabic required.
– Knowledge of CRM practices; sales or customer service experience preferred.
– Problem-solving attitude with excellent communication skills.
– Team player with leadership skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
