IMMEDIATE HIRING – LEGAL ADVISOR
· Lebanese, Male, 40+ years old
· Work Location – Lusail – 10 hours, 6 days a week
· Law degree, Master’s degree is a plus (Expert in English is a must)
· 15+ (Experience in a well-known construction company in Qatar is a must)
· Must have DL
Job Description:
· Advise the executives and employees on changes to the laws affecting the company.
· Investigate if the company or a staff member does not comply with the law.
· Oversee lawsuits, possibly acting as chief litigator.
· Ensure the company fills out and submits all its legal paperwork.
· Contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiating skills.
· Sound knowledge of all industry specific contracts, regulations, and procedures.
· Detailed understanding of the construction industry as a whole, not just the legal aspects.
· Legal Officers are responsible for monitoring all legal affairs within their organization
· Handle both internal and external legal concerns, and are tasked with doing everything in their power to keep their organization out of legal trouble.
