1. Information Security Governance Officer
-University degree in computer science or related field
-Exposure to IT service management best practices such as ITIL and ISO27001
-5+ years in IT services or related organization
-Experience in ISO27001 process and procedures and can work on its own his/her own with little supervision
-An excellent communicator at all levels.
-A sound knowledge of IT security best practice, common attack types and detection / prevention methods.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Attention to detail and great organisational skills
-An active interest in Cyber Security, incident detection, network and systems security.
-Experience or qualifications in network and systems monitoring
Desirable Skills
-Exposure to IT service management best practices such as ITIL and ISO27001
-Experience of using SIEM tools such as McAfee, envision, Q1 labs, Symantec Endpoint, Software engineering, programming or scripting knowledge. Java, .Net.
-An understanding of Information Security; relating to the Confidentiality, Integrity and availability of information
-Certified Ethical Hacker / Licensed Penetration Tester
-CISSP / CISA
-SANS Related qualifications i.e. GCIH & GSEC
2. NOC Engineer
-Post-secondary education in IT or related field
-Current Industry certifications backed up with 5 years practical hands on experience
-Up to date Microsoft Practical hands on experience
-Network analysis skills ideally in a Cisco environment
-Experience in server maintenance (Patching, hardening etc)
-SQL knowledge would be an advantage
-Strong trouble shooting and problem analysis skills
-ITIL V4 foundation
-Experience with HP/MicroFocus Service Manager and Operations Bridge Manager (OBM).
-Experience with Microsoft Active directory, Exchange and O365.
-Experience or knowledge about SCCM, Intune, Bitlocker is highly recommended.
-Operational experience in maintaining complex IT environments
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with specific focus on technical and operational documentation
