Job Position – Deputy Manager ( Metro Shuttle)
Job Details Here
– University Degree required
– Fluent in English (fluent in Arabic a plus)
– Minimum 5 years of progressive responsibilities and work-related experience, and any combination of education and training, which provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job, combined with demonstrated professional growth and achievement
– Previous involvement in planning and operating complex events in size and nature of a FIFA World Cup
– Good experience of a large number of Buses.
– Experience in managing large teams and working with a variety of stakeholders.
– Must be fully aware of bus operation
– Experience working with governmental services and agencies
– Strong management skills and experience leading large teams
– Experience working closely with various internal and external parties including security, police, government agencies and tournament operations teams
– Excellent management capabilities and ability to proactively drive operational improvements through changes in processes, procedures and organizational design
– Candidate must have valid QID
– Candidate mus be willling to work temporary
– Candidate can start ASAP
