Medical Representative – Pharma Division
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Medical Representative to join our Pharma Division for different locations in Dubai,Northern Emirates region, Abu Dhabi & Al Ain.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in promoting and selling Pharmaceutical products to Healthcare professionals, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
The role will involve building strong relationships with healthcare providers and ensuring our brand’s growth and presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct regular visits to healthcare providers to ensure product awareness and prescription generation.
Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and company-sponsored events.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to improve product positioning and strategy.
Receivables & Collection Management
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in UAE.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must have a valid driver’s license.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.(preferred but not mandatory).
Competitive gross salary with performance-based incentive.
Medical Health Insurance and Ticket allowance for self only.
