Job Title: Submission Officer (Outpatient Experience)
Location: Al Ain / Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Submission Officer with outpatient experience to manage medical claim submissions, ensure accuracy, and support data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle medical claim submission for outpatient services
Review claims for accuracy and completeness
Follow up on rejected or denied claims
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Analyze data and prepare basic reports
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in claims submission (outpatient preferred)
Knowledge of insurance processes and billing
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel and healthcare systems
Good communication skills
