👨🍳 Baker Commis
-1–2 years of experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or similar role
-Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment (mixers, blenders, dough tools)
-Knowledge of food safety practices
-Experience in cake decoration techniques
-Flexible with shift schedules
-Culinary certification is a plus
🏭 Production Supervisor
-Provide operational support across production, inventory, and IC functions
-Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
-Monitor and manage inventory with accuracy
-Support process optimization initiatives
-Assist in forecasting production and inventory needs
-Ensure compliance with ERP workflows and reporting
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams
