Job Position – BIM Architect

Our team is looking for a passionate 𝗕𝗜𝗠 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to be at the forefront of cutting-edge design and digital construction.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✨ Develop and manage BIM models for high-end interior fit-out projects
✨ Collaborate closely with design, MEP, and site teams
✨ Ensure accurate coordination and clash detection
✨ Support project documentation from concept to completion
✨ Full collaboration with all project stakeholders on a CDE using Autodesk construction cloud (BIM360).
✨ Studying all design drawings of the project IFC OR IFT (Civil-Arch-MEP-ID).
✨ Revit Modeling for Arch (Interior Finishes)
✨ Coordinating with all disciplines to solve the clashes using Navisworks.
✨ Grouping and Sorting Clashes on Navisworks for each discipline.
✨ Producing 4D stimulation to see the site progress between Planned and Actual
✨ Produce Project documents (RFI-RFP-QS Submittals-Material takeoff)
✨ Produce As-Built / Produce Shop drawings for (Wall finishes-Furniture-floor finishes-Doors-Glass partitions-Ceiling)
✨ Create issues on BIM360.
✨ Model collaboration and Design coordination using BIM 360.
✨ Basics dynamo scripts to make workflow easy in modeling process.
✨ Interior Design for several zones and rendering.
✨ Audit for Revit models and create issues for quality on BIM360.
✨ Develop Model LOD to match each project stage.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s is a plus)
✅ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination, preferably in interior fit-out projects
✅ Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360
✅ Solid understanding of construction detailing and material specifications
✅ Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
