We’re looking for a Scheduler Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Coordinate and maintain calendars for staff, meetings, and events
✅ Liaise across departments to align schedules
✅ Resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
✅ Communicate updates, changes, or cancellations effectively
✅ Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
📌 2+ years of experience in scheduling or administrative roles (healthcare experience preferred)
📌 Strong written and verbal communication skills
