🚨 Hiring: Site Supervisor 🚨
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team for interior fit-out projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day fit-out activities on site as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate and monitor civil works including blockwork, plastering, tiling, flooring, ceilings, and finishing works.
• Ensure quality control standards are aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage.
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Report site issues, delays, or deviations to the Project Manager.
• Conduct inspections and support snagging & handover activities.
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Civil Engineering / Construction background.
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out (residential/commercial).
✔ Strong ability to read and interpret drawings.
✔ Good communication and coordination skills.
✔ UAE experience is preferred.
