Patient Relations Officer

📍 Saudi German Hospital – Ajman & Sharjah Branch

Saudi German Hospital is looking for a Patient Relations Officer to join our team in Ajman and Sharjah. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient experience, communication, and service excellence in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Act as the main point of contact between patients and the hospital
– Address patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
– Ensure patient concerns are resolved in line with hospital policies and quality standards
– Support patients throughout their care journey to enhance satisfaction
– Maintain accurate records and reports related to patient interactions

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare, Administration, or related field preferred)
– Previous experience in patient relations, customer service, or healthcare is an advantage
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Fluency in English ; Arabic is a strong plus
– Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
