🔹 Job Title: Plumbing Technician
🔹 Department: Factory Operations
🔹 Job Type: Full-time
🔹 Reports to: Senior Plumbing Technician/MEP Supervisor
🔹 Overtime: As per company policy
🔹 Job Purpose:
We are looking for a skilled Plumbing Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems within our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper functioning of water supply, drainage, and sewage systems while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plumbing systems.
✅ Repair or replace defective components, including valves, faucets, and pipes.
✅ Clear blockages in drainage systems and sewer lines using specialized tools.
✅ Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
✅ Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, ensuring efficient operation.
✅ Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.
✅ Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
🔹 Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Soft Skills: Problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
✔️ Technical Skills: Expertise in plumbing systems, tools, and modern plumbing technologies.
✔️ Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
✔️ Experience: 2–4 years in plumbing maintenance and repair (facilities management preferred).
✔️ Certifications (Preferred): Plumbing license, OSHA safety certification, or specialized plumbing-related certifications.

We are looking for experienced Steel Fixers and Masons to join our team and contribute to high-quality construction projects.
Steel Fixer Responsibilities:
✅ Read and interpret construction drawings to install steel bars and mesh
✅ Cut, bend, and tie steel reinforcements for concrete structures
✅ Ensure proper alignment and positioning of steel reinforcements
✅ Follow safety guidelines and work with construction teams efficiently
Mason Responsibilities:
✅ Build, repair, and maintain structures using bricks, concrete, and stone
✅ Apply plaster and other finishing materials for a smooth surface
✅ Lay tiles, blocks, and other materials accurately
✅ Work according to project specifications and safety standards
Requirements:
🔹 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
🔹 Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction techniques
🔹 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
🔹 Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
🔹 Team player with good physical endurance
