We’re hiring across Operations Manager, Sales Manager, and Sales Execution roles for our air, sea, and road freight services.
Role Overview
Depending on your experience, you will contribute to operations execution, team leadership, or business growth, while ensuring service quality, compliance, and sustainable margins.
What You’ll Do
• Manage or support end-to-end freight forwarding operations across air, sea (import/export/cross-trade), and road
• Drive new business, grow existing accounts, and build long-term customer relationships
• Prepare, review, and support competitive quotations with margin and feasibility focus
• Coordinate with operations, sales, finance, and documentation teams for smooth execution
• Ensure accurate shipment handling, documentation, billing inputs, and service delivery
• Work with carriers and vendors to secure space and service reliability
• Handle customer and operational escalations with accountability
• Follow SOPs, compliance standards, and credit controls
• Track performance through KPIs, pipelines, and reviews
