Recruitment Officer – Fujairah
Location: Fujairah, UAE
Salary: Based on experience
Working Hours: Flexible
Day Off: 1 day per week
Position: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and organize candidate documents and files.
– Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
– Communicate with candidates for follow-ups and documentation.
– Support in preparing offer letters and onboarding materials.
– Handle other administrative duties as required by the Recruitment Specialist.
Requirements:
– Can start immediately (1-month notice period negotiable)
– Must be locally available in the UAE
– Educational background in any related course; Human Resources is an advantage
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Basic understanding of recruitment processes
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
