Job Position – Recruiter

· Build a pool of qualified candidates for various positions, mainly for blue collar jobs in delivery services.
· Create relationships with job seekers. Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
· Initiate new sources, and using current sources efficiently.
· Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
· Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
· Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
· Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
· Arrange and conduct walk-in interviews
· Routinely creating and publishing adverts for all ongoing vacancies.
· Tracking and managing sourcing calls to ensure quality, salary benchmarking and market predictability.
