* 5+ years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry in UAE is required.
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction techniques.
* Proficiency in relevant testing and inspection methods.
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Certification in relevant quality control programs or certifications.
* Villa experience is mandatory.
