🌟 We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant – Dubai 🌟
Marc Ellis is supporting a prestigious client in Dubai to hire a highly professional, proactive, and multilingual Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to senior leadership.
If you are exceptionally organized, discreet, and thrive in fast-paced international environments, this role is for you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and international travel
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence
• Act as the communication bridge between the executive and key stakeholders
• Support strategic projects, events, and board meetings
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
• Accompany the executive on regional and international business trips when required
🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-7 years of Executive Assistant experience in corporate or multinational environments
• Fluency in English and French (mandatory); Dutch is a strong advantage
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace)
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Professional, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, multicultural settings
• Able to engage confidently with international partners and senior stakeholders
• Willing to travel regionally and internationally on short notice
