📢 We’re Hiring! | Procurement Executive – Manpower Experience Mandatory 🇦🇪

Are you an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in sourcing manpower, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating with subcontractors?
ARC Global is looking for a Procurement Executive who understands manpower industry demands and can efficiently handle supplier negotiations and manpower sourcing.

🔍 What You’ll Do:
🔎 Source and negotiate with manpower suppliers, subcontractors, and outsourcing partners
🤝 Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships
📋 Evaluate quotations, contracts, and service agreements
📅 Coordinate with operations, BD, and project teams for manpower mobilization
✔ Ensure suppliers meet company standards, pricing, and timeline requirements
🗂 Maintain updated vendor lists, rate cards, and sourcing records
📈 Identify reliable manpower sources to support business needs

✅ Requirements (Mandatory):
✔ Proven experience in procurement within the manpower/outsourcing/contracting industry
✔ Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
✔ Good understanding of manpower categories, rates, and market sources
✔ Excellent communication in English & Hindi
✔ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
