✨ Front Desk Patient Coordinator
This is more than a front desk role — it’s the face of our clinic and the heart of the patient experience.
🔎 Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a confident, organized, and patient-focused professional with:
✔ Extensive experience in a polyclinic or healthcare setting
✔ Strong knowledge of medical billing & insurance verification
✔ Excellent patient communication and inquiry-handling skills
✔ Fluency in *English* (spoken & written)
✔ Professional appearance and positive attitude
✔ Proficiency in *Microsoft Office*
✔ Ability to quickly learn booking and medical software systems (Unite, EHR software etc)
✔ Immediate availability
