Senior Engineer – QA
Qualification : Diploma in mechanical Eng./Diploma in Tool &Die
Experience : 5-8 years’ experience in auto motive / electronic connector Component inspection
Skills Required : Inspection using VMS(Nikon/OGP make)/Tool makers Microscope/CMM (ZEISS make) /Digital Height Gauge/Profile Projector
Optional skills : Auto Cad/Pro-e
Job Knowledge : Thorough Knowledge in Plastic component Inspection(First Article Inspection)/MSA/Cpk/Calibration/ISO 9001
Mold Designer
Qualification : Diploma in Tool & Die making . Additional qualification Post Diploma in Tool Design is desirable.
Experience : Around 8 years in precision plastic mold design preferably in Connector or Automotive domain.
Skills Required : Multi cavity high precision mould design – both hot runner molds and cold runner molds in NX, DFM, 2d detailing, BOM preparation
Job Knowledge : 3D modelling & 2d detailing skills in NX, to be able to design complex molds independently.
Optional skills : Creo
Project Manager
Qualification : Diploma in Tool &Die /B-tech Mechanical
Experience : 8-10 years’ experience in tooling industry.
Skills Required : Pro-E, Auto CAD, Problem solving Skill, Team building Skill & analytical approach
Job Knowledge : Project Estimation, planning & Coordination, controls on Tool Design, Tool Assembly and Moulding.
Store Incharge
Qualification : Diploma in mechanical Eng/NTTF
Experience : 10-12 years experiences in Store Management
Skills Required : 5S,Technical knowledge on engineering materials related to tooling.
Job Knowledge : Review store &dispatch secured, verify incoming materials, GRN, Waste disposal, Inventory Management.
