Assistant Front Office Manager
We are looking for a dynamic, guest-focused, and passionate hospitality professional to join our Front Office team!
šØ About the Role
As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth front office operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will support the Front Office Manager in leading the team, handling guest interactions, and maintaining high standards of service excellence.
ā What You Will Do
Ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences for all guests
Lead daily front office operations including reception, reservations, and cashiering
Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure quick resolution
Support VIP arrivals, groups, and special guest requests
Supervise and motivate front office team members
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments
Ensure accuracy in billing, room allocation, and guest records
Assist in daily reports and operational performance monitoring
šÆ What We Are Looking For
Minimum 5 years experience in Front Office in a 4 or 5-star hotel
Previous supervisory experience is preferred
Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera or similar system)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
