position : Officer – Medical Claims (Pre-approval)
Requirements:
Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery MBBS
2–3 years of relevant experience in medical claims processing within Insurance companies, TPA’s or Healthcare provider.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical procedures, treatment protocols, local healthcare regulations, and insurance guidelines.
Proficiency in MS Office and claims management systems
Experience in pre-authorization and claims adjudication
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Knowledge of coding systems (e.g., ICD, CPT) is an advantage
