Key Responsibilities:
• Research and develop new product ideas
• Improve existing recipes and processes
• Work closely with quality, production, and marketing teams
• Enhance taste, texture, and product consistency

Qualifications:
• BSc / MSc in Food Technology
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D
