Job Description:
We are looking for an Import Logistics Coordinator to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. The role involves:
1. Coordinating import shipments and handling related documentation
2. Liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents
3. Assigned with purchasing activities and supplier follow-ups
4. Making invoices, invoice checking, and basic documentation
5. Supporting internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and purchasing operations
Required Skills:
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
•Must possess initiative and be proactive
•Fast learner, willing to be trained, and eager to grow
•Good communication and coordination skills
Visa Status:
Visit visa candidates are welcome to apply
Salary: AED 3,200
•Medical & life insurance provided
•Air ticket provided
•Saturday & Sunday off
•Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
