Job Position – Project Manager – Elevator & Escalator Installation

We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Elevator & Escalator Installation
Lift Mart is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of elevator and escalator installation projects across multiple active sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full site execution from mobilization to handover
• Manage supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and manpower planning
• Coordinate with Operations and Engineering for drawings, deliveries, and technical support
• Conduct site surveys, progress monitoring, and client/consultant meetings
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, QA/QC, and project specifications
• Manage snag lists and handover to Service Department
Requirements:
• 8–10 years of experience in elevator/escalator installation within the UAE/GCC
• 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong understanding of installation processes and civil readiness
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Engineering or construction-related background preferred
