K̳i̳t̳c̳h̳e̳n̳ ̳P̳o̳s̳i̳t̳i̳o̳n̳s̳
𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟 𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞 (𝐂𝐃𝐏)
Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role in a busy restaurant or hotel
Strong knowledge of kitchen sections (grill, sauce, pastry, etc.)
Ability to lead a team of junior chefs and manage prep independently
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
Comply with food safety and hygiene standards
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬 1
At least 2 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen
Solid knife skills and familiarity with multiple stations
Assist CDP in preparation and cooking tasks
Maintain cleanliness and proper food storage
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬 2
1+ year kitchen experience preferred
Support Commis 1 and CDP in food prep and cleaning tasks
Basic knowledge of ingredients and prep techniques
Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen team
𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝
Experience in maintaining hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Responsible for dishwashing, cleaning equipment, and supporting kitchen operations
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

2+ years in a guest-facing role at a high-volume restaurant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to upsell menu items and take accurate orders
Ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

Minimum 2 years in a hospitality or front desk role
Polished appearance and friendly demeanour
Greet and seat guests professionally, manage reservations and waitlists
Handle guest inquiries and complaints gracefully
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫
3–5 years of restaurant management experience required
Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills
Handle scheduling, inventory, and staff performance
Ensure high standards of food, service, and cleanliness
Experience with POS systems and daily cash handling
𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫
2–3 years in a supervisory role in F&B service
Lead waitstaff, manage floor operations and resolve guest issues
Ensure service standards are met during each shift
Train new front-of-house staff and assist the Restaurant Manager
B̳a̳r̳ ̳P̳o̳s̳i̳t̳i̳o̳n̳s̳
𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫
2+ years of bar experience in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and bar tools
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent service
Ensure bar cleanliness, stock rotation, and cash handling accuracy
𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a barista in a busy restaurant or café
Expert in espresso preparation, milk texturing, and coffee presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barista station
Engage with guests warmly and provide professional, attentive service
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation
