We’re Hiring: Inspection Engineer (Move-In/Move-Out)
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled inspections of vacant units.
• Check for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
• Report issues (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry, Civil, ELV) with photos and notes.
• Coordinate with Facilities and Housekeeping teams.
• Support the handover/takeover process of units.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and records.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in property/facility management (UAE experience preferred).
• Knowledge of building maintenance (AC, Plumbing, Electrical, Civil).
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of building materials, maintenance processes, and cost estimation.
• UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
