– Job Location: Ajman, UAE.
– Experience: 3 years experience as a Computer Aided Facility Management – CAFM – Operator
Job description
To perform clerical duties operating the Computer Aided
Facilities Management CAFM Software or Computerized Maintenance Management
Systems CMMS and create and maintain accurate data records for facilities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering is preferred)
• Minimum 3 years experience in FM industry on CAFM system
• Experienced in using MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Must be a strong communicator, and have excellent written, presentation, oral communication, and interpersonal skills, including report writing.
Knowledge in CAFM systems – 365Dynamics / Facilio / FSI / Maximo
