Junior HR Manager

Dental Studio is Hiring!

We’re seeking a Junior HR Manager to join our team and support key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, onboarding and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

– Support recruitment efforts and talent acquisition strategies
– Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR support
– Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
– Collaborate with leadership on HR policies and initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
– 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE
– Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in HR
