🧭 Experience: You’ve navigated UAE Labour Law, built onboarding flows, and built clear, compliant documentation.
💼 Your Role as HR Generalist:
**Architect and execute HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle
**Draft and enforce legally sound documentation (contracts, warning letters, policy updates)
**Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal protocols
**Bridge communication between management and team with clarity and warmth
**Support manpower pooling and talent acquisition with velocity and discipline
**Elevate culture through branded, humanized HR communication
