Azzurro Facilities Management invites candidates for the following positions:
ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
Key Responsibilities:
– Process and verify supplier invoices with supporting documents (PO, GRN, etc.)
– Perform invoice matching (2-way / 3-way)
– Ensure correct GL coding
– Prepare payment batches (cheques / bank transfers)
– Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
– Ensure timely payments
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
– 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable
– Good knowledge of AP processes & accounting principles
– Proficiency in MS Excel
– Strong attention to detail & communication skills
– Fluency in English is mandatory
