Responsibilities:
Recruitment and talent acquisition.
Employee affairs, contracts, and leave.
Payment of monthly salaries using the WPS system.
Employee file management, including visa renewals and health insurance.
Supporting a positive work environment and maintaining employee discipline.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws.
Proficiency in computer skills and HR software.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
