Location: HITEK (Site-based/Project locations)
Are you passionate about streamlining operations and driving efficiency?
HITEK is on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven Operation Efficiency Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in optimising time attendance and staff transport operations while ensuring alignment with contractual agreements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Real-time Monitoring: Develop dashboards and monitor time attendance and staff transport KPIs to identify and resolve inefficiencies in real time.
Time Attendance Oversight: Verify on-site staff numbers, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and identify opportunities to improve workforce productivity.
Staff Transport Optimization: Monitor and optimise vehicle schedules and trips, aligning with contract needs, and identifying cost-efficient solutions.
Biometric & Tech Management: Ensure the proper installation, update, and maintenance of time attendance systems, geofences, and beacons.
Collaboration with Leadership: Report deviations and inefficiencies to division heads and project managers, and work closely with the COO during the first 6 months for strategic alignment.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in monitoring time attendance and staff transport operations.
Analytical genius with problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with biometric systems, geofences, and related tech.
Excellent teamwork and independence in identifying and addressing inefficiencies.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel; data visualisation experience is a plus.
