We are seeking a friendly and service-driven Guest Relations Officer to deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain service standards
• Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams
• Build positive relationships with guests for repeat stays
Requirements:
• Previous experience in guest relations or front-office roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused
• Ability to work flexible shifts
