Job Title: Designer Project Manager (Fit-Out Specialist)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Site & Office Based)

Job Summary:
We seek a creative and technically skilled Designer Project Manager with proven UAE fit-out experience to lead luxury interior projects from concept to handover. The ideal candidate combines design flair with strong project management skills, holding a valid UAE driving license for regular site visits and client meetings across Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership:
Develop innovative interior concepts aligned with client briefs and brand identities
Produce mood boards, material palettes, and detailed design presentations
Oversee preparation of technical drawings (space planning, joinery details, MEP integrations)
Lead value engineering sessions to maintain design integrity within budgets
Project Execution:
Manage project timelines, budgets (AED 2M-15M range), and quality standards
Coordinate between architects, contractors, and specialty subcontractors
Conduct weekly progress meetings with clients and stakeholders
Resolve on-site design conflicts with practical solutions
