Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Maintain the billing system.
โ€ข Generate invoices and account statements.
โ€ข Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivablesโ€™ data.
โ€ข Investigate discrepancies and resolve clientsโ€™ billing issues.
โ€ข Track all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
โ€ข Post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data for accounts payable records.
โ€ข Assist in general financial management and analysis.
โ€ข Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
โ€ข Ensure timely submission of financial reports to the Financial Controller.

Qualifications:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
โ€ข Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a maintenance/technical services company, with at least 3 years in the UAE in the same role and industry.
โ€ข Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
โ€ข High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Prepare financial statements and reports for multiple real estate properties.
โ€ข Analyze property income and expenses and provide accurate accounting for rental and leasing operations.
โ€ข Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and issuing payments to vendors.
โ€ข Manage accounts receivable, including monitoring tenant payments and following up on delinquent accounts.
โ€ข Forecast and monitor financial performance for each property and prepare budgets accordingly.
โ€ข Provide guidance and recommendations for financial decisions to the Financial Controller.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with DREC and federal regulations.
โ€ข Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations.

Qualifications:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
โ€ข Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate accounting in the UAE.
โ€ข Strong accounting and financial analysis skills.
โ€ข Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
โ€ข Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
โ€ข Strong organizational and time management skills
