We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our exciting new restaurant concept launching soon in Downtown Dubai!
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Currently based in the UAE.
✔ Fluent in English (spoken & written); Russian (spoken) Preferred.
✔ 3–5 yrs of experience as a GM in elevated casual or fine-dining restaurants.
✔ Strong background in P&L management and operational planning.
✔ Experience in pre-opening project.
✔ Previous experience in the UAE.
✔ Deep understanding of guest experience and service excellence standards.
✔ Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
