Requirements:
-Minimum 2 Years’ experience in the similar field
-Implement food handling and sanitation standards in the Kitchens and food service areas in line with the Dubai Food Code HACCP & FSMS policies standards.
-Expert knowledge of Food Hygiene & Health rules and regulations to evaluate compliance, measure hazard and risk and recommend corrective action.
