Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)

FreshOnTable is an impact-driven AgriTech platform connecting local farms and food producers to hotels, restaurants and consumers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Finance Manager who can lead our Finance team and drive strong financial discipline across the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely accounting and reporting.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, WPS and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate audits and maintain strong internal controls.
• Partner with senior management and other departments to support growth and profitability.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA) preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3–4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations (VAT, Corporate Tax, WPS etc.).
• Experience in FMCG, food industry, distribution or start-up / scale-up environments is an advantage.
• Proven leadership skills, hands-on approach and high attention to detail.
