We’re Hiring: Specialist Estimator – High-End Interior Fit-Out & Joinery
We are urgently seeking an experienced Specialist Estimator with strong expertise in high-end interior fit-out and bespoke joinery projects to join our growing team.
Key Requirements
-Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
-Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in the Fit-out & Joinery industry
-Software Proficiency
Hands-on experience with industry-standard estimating software (PlanSwift, CAD, etc.)
-Advanced MS Excel skills
-Technical & Professional Expertise
-In-depth expertise in pricing bespoke joinery, millwork, and custom finishes
-Strong understanding of material costs, specifications, sourcing, and quality standards
-Proven negotiation skills with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve target budgets
-Comprehensive knowledge of costing, material take-offs, and installation methods for all interior elements
-Ability to read and interpret MEP (M&E) drawings to accurately cost service coordination within interior fit-out works
