We’re Hiring: L1 IT Desktop Support Engineer (Abu Dhabi, UAE)
We’re looking for a Level 1 IT Desktop Support Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team.
Key Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in IT desktop/user support (Windows environment)
• Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, etc.)
• Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN fundamentals
• CCNA certification is mandatory
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
