In this role, your mission will be:
โข Handle calls, chats, and emails with empathy and accuracy
โข Resolve queries and guide users through our digital platforms
โข Support complaints, authorizations, and appointment bookings
โข Stay aligned with DHA/HAAD policies and ensure confidentiality
Weโre looking for someone who:
โข Has customer care experience, ideally in healthcare
โข Comes from a medical background (nurse, lab technician or pharmacist)
โข Is open to rotational shifts (24/7 department)
โข Communicates with clarity, empathy, and confidence
